Return & Refund Policy

General Terms

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days of the purchase.

We will offer a complete refund once we receive the returned item(s) in its original and non-damaged state (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). If the item delivered to you was defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and the original shipping charges.

Goods that have not expired and are within their shelf life period are ineligible for a refund.

If the item shipped to you is in excellent condition, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

For products purchased by other businesses, manufacturers, distributors, or other entities with whom Getexcart is not affiliated, no refunds will be issued.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received, or they may not be eligible for a refund.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected upon return.


Refund Processing Time

Depending on the processing time of your bank or credit card issuer, the refund amount can take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your account or card statement.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank or card statement again carefully.

If you still haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@getgetexcart.com after performing the above steps, and we will investigate the matter.


Exchanges

If the item is in excellent condition, you will be responsible for paying the full return shipping cost for an exchange.
