1. Return Window

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Our support team is available to guide you through the process.

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or non-original condition may not qualify for a refund.

  • Certain perishable or expirable products are non-returnable if they are still within their shelf life.

2. Return Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
    Return shipping is free, and we will also cover the original shipping cost.

  • Change of Mind / Customer Preference:
    If you decide you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong size/color, or changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

3. How to Return

  2. Repack:
    Place the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.

4. Refunds

5. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product?
We accept exchanges for unused items in excellent condition.

  • For defective or incorrect products, exchanges are free.

  • For change-of-mind exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, certain items cannot be returned.
This includes perishable or expirable products that are still within shelf life.
These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
