2. Delivery Terms

2.1 Transit Time

  • Domestic Shipping: Usually delivered within 5–7 business days.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery is 14–30 business days.

2.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days. Processing time may vary depending on order volume.
We operate Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

2.3 Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change the delivery address, you can request it any time before your order is dispatched.

2.4 Items Out of Stock
In case an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items first and ship the remaining items once available.

2.5 Delivery Delays
If your delivery takes longer than expected, please contact us so we can investigate and ensure your order is fulfilled promptly.


3. Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. This will allow you to track the delivery status based on real-time updates from the shipping provider.


4. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please reject it at the time of delivery if possible and contact our customer support.
If the package was delivered in your absence and is found damaged, please reach out to us immediately.


5. Sales Tax

All displayed product prices are inclusive of applicable sales tax. There are no additional tax charges during checkout.


6. Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will process the cancellation.

7. Issues with Shipping

7.1 Parcel Damaged in Transit
In such cases, we will offer either a refund or a replacement after verifying the damage.

7.8 Parcel Lost in Transit
If a package is confirmed lost after an investigation by the courier, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
