3. Where is your business located?

Getexcart operates from India and ships products exclusively to customers across Australia UK USA & CANADA.

4. What if my order arrives damaged or is missing?

If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately.
For missing parcels, we will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.
