Processing typically takes up to 3 business days before dispatch.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can follow the shipment using that link in real time.
5. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please contact us immediately with the updated address.
6. What if my parcel is damaged or missing?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the package if possible and contact us. For missing parcels, we’ll investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund based on the outcome.

8. Do you store my card details?
