1. Where do you ship from?

We ship from our facility in Chandigarh, India. We offer international shipping to Australia through reliable partners like India Post.

We currently ship to Australia now.

3. How long does delivery take?

We provide these 3 shipping options currently:

Shipping Options:

  • Economy: 14–23 business days – $9.99 per product

  • Standard: 10–18 business days – $14.99 per product

  • Express: 7–12 business days – $24.99 per product

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking id via email or SMS. You can use that tracking id on our Track your Order page.

5. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please contact us immediately with the updated address.

6. What if my parcel is damaged or missing?

If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the package if possible and contact us. For missing parcels, we’ll investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund based on the outcome.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?

We only accept payments through Paypal only.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellations are accepted before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

10. What is your return policy?

    • Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days.

    • Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected. It takes 5-7 business days.
