Return & Refund Policy

General Terms

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A full refund will be issued for qualifying returns, excluding the original shipping cost (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

  • If the item was defective or damaged, we will cover both the original and return shipping costs.

  • Items returned due to change of mind must be shipped at the customer’s expense, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Perishable items or products with expiration dates that are still within shelf life are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or non-original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

We inspect all returned goods upon receipt. Items deemed unsuitable for return will be sent back to the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@getexcart.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (for damaged or defective items)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover both the original and return shipping costs.

  • Change of mind or customer preference: Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping is non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process the refund.

  • Refunds take approximately 5–7 business days to reflect on your bank or card statement, depending on your provider.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or card statement.

  2. Contact your payment provider.

  3. If unresolved, email us at info@getexcart.com.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for unused items in excellent condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
We typically process orders within 1–2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible at info@getexcart.com.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
