1. Shipping Scope

  • Shipping Area: We currently ship only within Australia.

  • Logistics Partners: Our shipments are handled through trusted providers such as India Post and other premium carriers to ensure smooth delivery.


2. Delivery Options & Timelines

We offer three delivery options based on your preferred speed and budget:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST (GMT +5:30) are processed the next business day.

  • Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Customers will receive a tracking ID via email once the order is dispatched.


4. Tracking & Updates

To track your order, visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking ID.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please reach out to our support team.


5. Address Changes

You may request a delivery address change anytime before your order is dispatched. We cannot accommodate changes after the order has shipped.


6. Inventory & Partial Shipments

  • If an item is out of stock, we will ship the available items first and dispatch the remaining items separately when restocked — at no additional cost.


7. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed Deliveries: If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us and we’ll investigate the issue promptly.

  • Damaged Parcels:

    • If your parcel is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

    • If accepted and later found damaged, contact us with photo evidence so we can offer a refund or replacement.

  • Lost Parcels: If confirmed lost by the carrier after investigation, you may request either a full refund or a replacement item.


8. Taxes & Duties

  • All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable sales taxes.

  • No additional taxes or fees are applied during checkout.


9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
